Fenagy is a dedicated manufacturer of industrial heat pumps and cooling solutions in the range from 600 kW to 3,000 kW per unit. Our racks are designed and manufactured to support our customers in their journey to a green transition, and we only use natural refrigerants.

Advice and support on heat pumps and industrial solutions
We have more than 50 years of experience working with heat pumps and refrigeration solutions for the industry. This qualifies us to give our customers advice and support in selecting the right solutions for their needs.
Project management and design
of heat pumps and refrigeration solutions
Project management is the phase where we plan the project from A to Z. We are constantly in close dialog with the customer to ensure that the rack is in accordance with our customers’ expectations and adjusted if needed. In this phase, we also consider the overall scope of work at site to ensure that our customers end up with a solution that satisfy their expectations and needs.
Start-up and commissioning
Start-up and commissioning are an important part of the delivery. To ensure optimal operation, it is important to adjust and finetune the installation at commissioning and start-up. To do this Fenagy has a team of highly qualified engineers that can support our customers in both start-up and commissioning. In that way, we make sure that the right resources are available to ensure a smooth start-up and commissioning.
Remote monitoring via
cloud-based solution
With a cloud-based solution Fenagy can establish remote access to the units’ control and performance data. This allows our customers to monitor and control their installation from a central location. In addition, the remote access also allows Fenagy’s technical staff to access the system from our offices to support our customers’ technical staff in service, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Support to Service Partners
Second level support: 24/7
Fenagy’s local service partner will carry out first level service on the installation. We will support the service partner with second level support, if necessary. This could be for spare parts or other challenges requiring technical support.
